Biographical Information
Theodore was the son of Harriet Brown and William Hubbard Brown, making him a second cousin of William Henry Seward. He served during the Civil War as Captain and Commander of the 51st Illinois Volunteer Infantry. After the end of the war he worked as a railroad agent.
