Biographical Information

Ebenezer Gray was a lieutenant-colonel in the Revolutionary War, and a prominent citizen of Hartford, Connecticut. After his death his children (Ebenezer Gray and Charlotte Lynch) as well as their children (Anne Charlotte Botta and others) petitioned the government for compensation.
